Customer Engineer Coordination Manager

In your role as Customer Engineer Coordination Manager, you will be ensuring the operation of the engineering teams is organised efficiently and effectively, ensuring the engineering operatives remain productive and focused on objectives.

Key responsibilities for this Customer Engineer Coordination Manager role:
- Define shift & resource plans to ensure adequate coverage based on territory planning
- Coordinate all functions relating to the scheduling, prioritising of works within the customer engineering teams and engineering specialists.
- Publish routine reports to engineering teams, peer groups, and senior management in accordance with business needs.
- Work across a number of different systems to support with failed installation activity to ensure missed commitments and monitored and resolution plans are being executed.
- Financial management of charges and fees related to outsourced works, optimizing the utilisation of the engineering teams in line with business objectives

Experience required for this Customer Engineer Coordination Manager role:
- Knowledge and experience with using CRM systems
- Experience co-ordinating large groups of people
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent time management and IT skills, good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook

Package offered for this Customer Engineer Coordination Manager role:
- £50k p/a
