Construction / Site Manager TGA

• You are responsible for planning and controlling the construction of the HLSK and also in terms of scheduling, economics and quality
•  Responsibilities include collaboration within the project team and the TGA department
• You check and correct the service specifications and then, together with our technical purchasing department, assume responsibility for the tenders, the tender evaluations, the price list, the negotiations and the awarding of the TGA subcontractor contracts
• You are also responsible for creating and checking the schedules
• They ensure compliance with VOB-compliant processing and billing
• You are responsible for construction management, coordination, correspondence, monitoring and assessment as well as invoice auditing of subcontractor services
• You manage and monitor the assembly and completion of all building technology systems up to acceptance and commissioning together with the subcontractors and experts
• You also monitor occupational safety and environmental regulations
• In addition, you are responsible for processing special suggestions and additions
• Together with our construction teams, you will continue to drive digitalization on the construction site and increasingly incorporate the topic of BIM into everyday work

• You have completed a degree in the field of supply technology or as a (construction) engineer or a comparable qualification as a master craftsman or technician 
• You have several years of professional experience in technical building equipment and ideally you have experience in executing building construction projects
• You have specialist knowledge in the area of HLSK trades
• You have user knowledge of a construction-specific IT application, ideally iTWO
• You are characterized by an independent and structured way of working
• Analytical thinking, a high level of commitment and entrepreneurial thinking and actions round off your profile
• You are open to new technologies and working methods, ideally you have initial experience in the field of BIM
• You enjoy building and working in a team
