Construction Project Manager – Data Centre Design & Delivery (MEP Focus)

The Opportunity
We’re partnered with a leading Data Centre consultancy that’s scaling rapidly across Europe. They’re now looking to appoint a Construction Project Manager to join their Parisoffice, taking ownership of on-site delivery for complex, mission-critical Data Centre projects.
This Construction Project Manager role is suited to someone with strong site presence who thrives in live data centre environments, enjoys coordinating multiple contractors, and can drive safe, high-quality delivery across fast-paced programmes. You’ll play a key role in translating design intent into successful construction and handover across European Data Centre projects.
What you’ll be doing
As Construction Project Manager, you will:
• Lead on-site delivery of new-build and live Data Centre projects
• Manage MEP and CSA construction activities, ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with programme
• Coordinate main contractors, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple work packages
• Act as the primary on-site interface between design, construction, and operations
• Oversee construction sequencing, logistics, and access within live Data Centre environments
• Manage RFIs, site queries, change orders, and technical clarifications
• Ensure compliance with Data Centre standards, H&S, and quality requirements
• Track progress against programme, cost, and risk, escalating issues where required
• Support commissioning, testing, and handover to Operations and end users
• Contribute to lessons learned, standardisation, and continuous improvement across projects
• Deliver projects across Italy, France, and the UK
What we’re looking for
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager within Data Centres, mission-critical, or complex MEP-led projects
• Strong background in MEP construction delivery, with CSA coordination exposure
• Experience working in live operational environments
• Confident managing contractors, site teams, and multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Data Centre construction methodologies and sequencing
• Experience managing site-based RFIs, change control, and quality assurance
• Commercial awareness, including programme tracking, cost control, and risk management
• Clear communicator with the authority to make decisions on site
• Proactive, solutions-driven mindset suited to high-pressure delivery environments
