The Role:
- Ownership of Project Delivery
- Procurement
- Managing Main Contracts & Subcontracts
- Financials (Profit and Loss accountability)
- Leadership of employees
- Legals
Requirements:
- 10+ Years experience in the sector.
- Professional member of an appropriate body.
- Experience working in a senior level.
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or a closely related commercial course.
- Valid driving licence.
- Leadership experience influencing the team at all levels.
- Bid knowledge.
- Excellent legal knowledge.
Package Offered:
- £80,000 Salary with a company car allowance
