I am looking for a highly experienced Senior Designer to join one of my lovely clients at short notice to support the launch of new sub-brands and commercial offerings.
Senior Designer - 3–6 month Contract
Remote (1 day per week in London – WeWork)
Rate: £400–£500 per day (DOE)
You’ll be part of the Creative Studio, collaborating closely with copywriters, marketing, UX and the wider business to deliver creative that drives growth and strengthens brand progression.
Candidates must be experienced across print, digital and motion design. They must be comfortable leading briefs from concept through to polished execution. Reporting into the Head of Creative, able to take briefs independently and working collaboratively within the Creative team.
This role requires someone who:
Demonstrates mastery of fundamental design principles and original creative thinking.
Is comfortable challenging ideas and elevating the standard of brand execution, confident in giving constructive critique on proposed ideas.
Can design confidently across multiple disciplines, formats and complex project types to bring user-centric ideas to the table
Responsibilities / Experience
Motion design experience (particularly for paid social, performance marketing and lightweight animations)
Experience contributing to OOH campaigns and strong headline-led brand work
Background within an in-house brand team
Take ownership of creative work across a growing national brand (non-industry specific)
Act as brand guardian, ensuring all executions adhere to established brand guidelines
Deliver creative across:
Digital advertising (Meta, display, performance creative)
Printed ads and printed collateral (flyers, direct mail, door-to-door acquisition materials)
Website and landing pages, support digital work such as website graphics and email design
App design aligned with brand tone of voice
Refresh and maintain Meta creative and metadata across Facebook and Instagram etc.
Identify creative opportunities or gaps across the business and proactively initiate design-led solutions.
Take pride in high-quality design documentation (brand guidelines, internal comms, presentation decks)

You bring experience in ideation, managing deadlines and leading output for varied stakeholders
You manage workload confidently, collaborating with the Head of Creative to schedule and prioritise effectively
You apply both design and motion skills throughout the creative process from idea generation to delivery
You approach briefs with a problem-solving, end-user focused mindset and strong attention to detail
You’re highly competent in using motion software (if applicable)
