Commercial Manager (CM) - Major Utilities Project
Location: Reading & South East (Hybrid)
Salary: up to £110,000 p/annum plus benefits (pension, health insurance, 25 days AL, travel reimbursement, hybrid working)
About the Role:
We are recruiting Commercial Managers for a major utilities commission. This is a leadership role overseeing commercial strategy and delivery across multiple high-value infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full commercial oversight of large-scale projects
- Develop and implement cost control strategies
- Manage risk, compliance, and contractual obligations
- Lead commercial teams and ensure project profitability
- Client engagement and reporting
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in utilities/infrastructure projects
- Strong NEC/JCT contract knowledge
- Chartered status highly desirable
- Proven ability to manage multi-million-pound schemes
