Location: Mansfield
Salary: £60,000 - £85,000 plus £6,000 car allowance and benefits DOE

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Manager or an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor wanting to make the step up. The Company is a growing company and is looking to bring in a Commercial Manager to head up the commercial team. They are a cash rich company who have been operating for over 20 years. This is a great time to join the company as the current Director wants to drop a few responsibilities, so there is room for growth within the company.
The company would also consider an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Key Requirements for the ideal Commercial Manager
- Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Microsoft 365 suite.
- Great attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
- Experience working within Interiors/ fit out.
- UK driving license.
