Job Title: Commercial Manager - Civil Engineering
Location: Surrey
Engagement: Outside IR35 via limited
Rate: Upto £500 per day
Contract Length: 12 months
My client is seeking a talented individual to join their team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional results on this high-profile project
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with tier 1 clients such as Balfour, Highways England, and National Highways.
- Lead and manage a variety of projects, including addressing barriers on the highways.
- Provide confident and effective direct reports.
- Ensure project financials are accurately tracked and reported.
- Contribute to the success of the project through your expertise in quantity surveying.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a MQS or CM.
- Strong background in highways projects.
- Exceptional project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with tier 1 clients.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Relevant professional qualifications.
Contract Type: 12 months
Working Arrangement: Hybrid Setup (1 day working from home)
