CAD TECHNICIAN – HV
This is a great opportunity for an experienced CAD Technician to join a rapidly growing company within the transmission & distribution sector, who have been successful in winning many major projects within the UK.
Your role as CAD Technician will be responsible for carrying out draughting with AutoCAD, Microstation and other design tools.

Key responsibilities for this CAD Technician role:
- Provide a CAD service to our customers that excels by delivering first class service.
- Liaise with multi – disciplined CAD team to assist in the delivery of projects.
- Inspire exchange of knowledge with other technicians and engineers.
- Promote and achieve perfect delivery throughout the team.
Experience required for this CAD Technician role:
- Cad experience in high voltage transmission and distribution, underground cables, OHL’s, substations and utilities & infrastructure.
- High level proficiency in the use of AutoCAD 2D and 3D software.
- Adequate level of proficiency in the use of civils 3D software.
- Minium required qualification is HNC/D level.
- Ideally you will have achieved EngTech MIET or MICE status or working towards.
Package offered for this CAD Technician role:
- £28,000 - £35,000 + package (this can me increased for right candidate)
