£32,000–£35,000 (Negotiable Depending on Experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a growing and well-established construction business delivering a significant residential development in Swansea.
This is a fully site-based role on a live multi-storey apartment scheme incorporating a commercial element. The project is a reinforced concrete frame build with high-quality finishes and modern sustainable features, providing excellent exposure to the commercial management of a large, complex development.
You will report directly to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and work closely with the wider site and commercial team, playing an active role in supporting the financial delivery of the project.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with subcontract procurement and package administration

Processing subcontractor applications and supporting payments

Assisting with valuations, variations and cost reporting

Maintaining accurate commercial records and documentation

Supporting the day-to-day commercial management of the site
