Salary: Up to £30,000 for Trainee QS / Up to £40,000 for Assistant QS (DOE)

A well-established and reputable contractor based in Leicester is seeking a Trainee or Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join its specialist healthcare construction division. With a strong pipeline of healthcare projects — including refurbishments, extensions, modular schemes, and complex live-environment works — this role offers excellent exposure and long-term development opportunities.
We are looking for a driven and highly organised individual with 1–2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or a related construction role. You will support the commercial function across multiple live projects while receiving ongoing training and structured career progression.
