Senior Civil Engineer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our clinets team for an exciting project in the South East of Ireland. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee civil engineering aspects of the project, ensuring adherence to design specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop and implement innovative solutions for port digitization and infrastructure development.
• Manage and coordinate engineering activities, including site surveys, feasibility studies, and construction planning.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all project phases.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, and implement corrective measures as necessary to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in civil engineering project management, particularly in port or maritime infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies for engineering design and analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to port development and maritime engineering.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and environmental stewardship in engineering practices.
