A decade long Abu Dhabi funded housing development project is set to create 6,000 new homes to the north and east of Manchester. These waterfront apartments, which will create 300 new homes is the start.St John's, Quay StreetThis huge £1.2bn project, planned by Allied London, will include a 50-storey skyscraper, 2,500 new apartments, hotels, art venues, green space and at the heart of this huge development will see a £110m factory theatre.

Manchester Grande

This project will see the old ITV sites Granada House building rebuilt into a new modern hotel and private members' club. Also on the site will see an eight-storey tower with rooftop pool, cinema and performance venue.
