​Bath is the largest city in Somerset and is situated 97 miles west of London and 11 miles south east of Bristol. In 2011, Bath’s population was estimated at 88,859. Bath has seen numerous large scale construction projects over the past couple of years and has multiple constructions projects in the pipeline, such as:

Spring Wharf

This construction project will see Shops, restaurants and 171 flats are being delivered at Spring Wharf on Lower Bristol Road. It will have three buildings - The Mill, The Stone Works and The Grain Store - and the first two of these have recently been completed.

Bath School of Art and Design

With the original features being retained, the project has seen the restoration of more than 300 exterior panels and the construction of a new mezzanine floor and rooftop pavilion. Construction was completed in the summer of 2019, with students starting to use the building in September as the new academic year begins.
