We are looking for you as Site Supply Chain Director (f/m/d) for our location in Kassel as soon as possible . This position is available on a full-time basis.
You are responsible for defining, planning and executing all supply chain processes for your site, including industrial planning, material planning and logistics operations.
Your tasks:
Adaptation and implementation of the supply chain strategy
Introduction of standards (processes, methods and tools) and associated documentation
Development of a staff development plan, including qualification levels, training and qualification path
Implementation of a robust supply chain culture at all levels
Prepare and follow the budget for his area, including functional costs. Achieve and maintain key performance indicators, KPIs targets.
Ensuring compliance with process reviews, audits
Supporting sites in stabilizing the supply chain or mobilizing new sites and new business areas
Managing processes and activities related to industrial planning, project supply chain, material planning and supplier delivery performance, and logistics in coordination with the relevant departments
Ensure that work processes are carried out in an environment that complies with health, safety and environmental policies

Completed university education in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable
Many years of professional experience in the field (10-15 years)
In-depth knowledge of various logistics and supply chain processes
Strong leadership and motivational experience in comparable positions
Experience in a multi-cultural industrial environment or matrix organization
Proactive problem-solving skills, assertiveness, influence, high resilience
Objective judgment and decisiveness
Very good communication skills, team orientation, change management skills
Very good IT skills as well as very good German and English skills
