Supplier Governance Specialist
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Supplier Governance Specialist to join a Tier One Fibre Telecommunications company on a short-term 3-month contract to develop the business' relationships with key Stakeholders and offer recommendations for improvement where needed.
Your role as Supplier Governance Specialist will give you the opportunity to work alongside internal SME's (Subject Matter Experts) to develop a functional and watertight supply chain in a well-established Telecommunications business.
Key responsibilities for this Supplier Governance Specialist role:
- Vendor Consolidation
- SRM (Supplier Reporting Management)
- Conducting Vendor Security Assessments
- Implementing Vendor Governance Processes with Recommendation for Improvements
- Drive Process' and Improvements to increase Operations Efficiencies
Requirements for this Supplier Governance Specialist role:
- OFCOM appreciation and understanding.
- Telecommunications Security Act and other relative Legislation knowledge
- Procurement with Finance experience (Mid-Senior Level)
- A broad understanding of Vendor, Governance Initiatives
- Proven Implementation of Regulatory Compliance
- SIP L3, and AP experience.
- Supplier, relationship Management experience required.
Package offered for this Supplier Governance Specialist role:
- 3-month contract starting Mid-April
- £250 per day
- Hybrid role based in Reading (two-days in office)
- Tech Supplied for the duration of the contract.
