Our client who is a well-known builder in the London Area is looking for a Site Superintendent to join them on a Three tower High-Rise residential project which would be completed in three phases
Our client is looking for a Site Superintendent with experience seeing a High-rise residential project through its full life cycle, with experience working on such projects with a value of at least 50 million.
This would be a permanent position, and the chosen candidates will move on to upcoming/future projects upon completion of the current project.
The Site superintendent will work with their team to coordinate and manage all aspects of this project till closing.
Key responsibilities for this Site superintendent role:
- Lead project from beginning to occupancy
- Preparation of the project schedule
- Work closely with the Project Manager and update on any anticipated delays in the scope of work
- Lead team to ensure projects are delivered on time and budget.
Experience required for this Site Superintendent role:
- Large valued High-Rise residential construction experience, with experience leading projects from ground to occupancy.
- 7+ years working for Developers
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills, with leadership abilities to manage relationships with trades to ensure the project is completed efficiently.
Package offered for this Site Superintendent role:
- $140,000 - $170,000 per year
