Our client who is a well-known builder in the GTA is looking for a Site Superintendent to join them on a new high rise development project consisting of 2 towers, 20 floors each. The project would be located in the downtown Toronto core.
Our client is looking for a Site Superintendent with experience seeing at least 3 high-rise residential projects through their full life cycle, with experience working on such projects with a value of at least 50 million.
This would be a permanent position, and the chosen candidates will move on to upcoming/future projects upon completion of the current project.
The Site superintendent will work with their team to coordinate and manage all aspects of this project till closing.
Experience required for this Site Superintendent role:
• Large valued high-rise residential experience, with experience leading projects from ground to occupancy.
• 8+ years working for a residential development company or construction management company on relevant projects.
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related fields.
• Experience leading a large team of trades and junior site staff.
Compensation Package:

- $150,000 - $185,000 base salary
- Project Completion Allowance
