This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Superintendent to join a General Contractor in the ICI sector.
Our client is currently looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee their institutional projects, specifically school renovations and new build schools.
Key responsibilities for this Site Superintendent role:
- Manage day-to-day activities on construction site, including scheduling, supervising, and coordinating all trades and subcontractors
- Ensure safety protocols are being followed and maintain a safe work environment
- Review project plans and specifications, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress and communicate with project team on a regular basis
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, change orders, and progress reports
Experience required for this Site Superintendent role:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent, with a focus on institutional projects, specifically school renovations and new build schools
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Salary offered for this Site Superintendent role:
- $140, 000 - 150, 000
