Job Title: Site Manager

We are currently seeking Site Manager for an immediate start on a project based in St Albans.
The ideal Site Manager will have earthworks experience or civils
Requirements:

Valid CSCS Gold or Black Card

Health & Safety certification
-
First Aid at Work
-
NVQ Level 6 or 7 in Construction Management (or equivalent)

Proven experience managing construction sites

Strong leadership and organisational skills
-
Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely and on schedule

Role Responsibilities:

Overseeing day-to-day site operations
-
Managing site teams and subcontractors
-
Ensuring all works are carried out in line with H&S regulations
-
Maintaining project timelines and quality standards
-
Reporting progress to senior management
-
Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks
