Title: Freelance Site Manager
Location: South Birmingham
Duration: 5 Months
Pay: £250-£275 per day

We are seeking an experienced freelance site manager to oversee the delivery of a care home construction project.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day to day operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site labour
- Ensure all works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications and programme

Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality and site preparation
Essential Experience & Skills

Proven experience as a site manager on care home, residential or healthcare projects

Excellent health and safety awareness

Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors
