Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Reading
Day rate: £400 p/d inside IR35 (DOE)
Contract: 6 months initial contract
A fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager has arisen with a Main Contractor to work on a the installation of PA Systems and Fire Alarms on a large infrastructure project in Reading.
Key responsibilities for this role:
• Supervising teams on the installation of Fire Alarms and PA Systems
• Directing resource and staff
• Monitoring of subcontractors
• Production of Risk Assessments and Method Statements
• Chairing weekly meetings (safety, co-ordination, project and progress meetings)
• Responsible for site Health & Safety under the guidance of the Health & Safety Manager
Experience / qualifications required for this role:
• SMSTS/SSSTS (essential)
• 3 day first aid (essential)
• M&E background
• Large project / infrastructure experience
• Any experience of the following - Installation, wiring, fixing of Fire Alarms and PA Systems or BMS Systems
• £400p/d inside
• Long-term work
