Rate: £300 per day

My client is a leading contractor who hold an excellent reputation in the industry.
Due to another successful tender win, they are currently looking for a site manager for a £70m Industrial scheme in Wembley.
This project is set over 6 storeys with ground and first floor car parking.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the project forward through to completion and will be joining an already strong team. This will be very much a 'boots on site manager' and not an office role. The site manager will manage and control all activities on site, in order to complete the project on-time and in-budget.
Key Experience for this Freelance Site Manager Role
- Minimum 7 years site manager experience as a number one manager
Must have worked for a main contractor on an industrial build project
Must have excellent man manager skills
Worked on high value projects
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
