Job Title: Freelance Site Agent - Utilities Infrastructure

Pay Rate: Dependent on experience

We are currently seeking an experienced freelance site agent to oversee utilities infrastructure works on an ongoing project.

The role will involve managing site operations relating to water mains installation, electrical ducting and associated civil engineering

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily site activities on utilities infrastructure works

Oversee installation of water mains, electrical ducting, drainage, and associated civil works

Coordinate subcontractors, operatives, plant, and materials on site.

Ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project programme.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Agent or Senior Site Supervisor on utilities or civil engineering projects.

Strong background in utilities infrastructure (water, electrical ducting, drainage, or multi-utility works).

Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.
