Site Agent
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Agent to join a well known Tier 1 contractor working on a large water infrastructure programme across the whole of Scotland.
The company is a well know Tier 1 contractor who operate nationwide throughout the UK and have a number of Regional offices. Your role as Site Agent you will joining an award winning business who will be part of the operations team. Responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of waste water and water infrastructure , civil engineering projects.

Key responsibilities for this Site Agent role:
- Manage a team of supervisors on a large value or portfolio of projects
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance
- Undertake site audits and ensure team undertake their own audits
- Ensure that project costs are recorded and utilised efficiently
- Identify areas where the client should be made aware of any issues
- Ensure that materials have been procured and delivered and labour has been planned in accordance with construction programme
- Liaise with the project team and feedback on milestones and issues that arise
- Manage subcontract packages of work and ensure sub contractor construction programmes are adhered to
- Identify and report any areas of concern/delay
- Management of private land access and highway possessions
- Manage work fronts in local communities and ensure a positive approach to dealing with members of public.
Experience required for this Site Agent role:
- Civil Engineering degree or similar qualification is desirable
- Management experience within the construction industry
- Driving licence is essential for the role
- Good strong IT skills
- Strong communication skills
Package offered for this Site Agent role:
- Basic Salary up to £48,500 depending on experience
