A great opportunity for a SHEQ Advisor to join a well established and growing company to help drive, motivate, inspire, and encourage colleagues to achieve and sustain world class health, safety and environmental performance.

The SHEQ Advisor role requires you to help drive responsibility and accountability on telecommunications projects and drive engagement and collaboration across delivery teams regarding all aspects of health and safety

SHEQ Advisor Requirements:
- Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all organisational levels (including Senior Managers)
- Experienced in auditing and root cause analysis techniques
- Ability to identify and assess patterns of resistance and effective problem-solving skills
- A good understanding of CDM Regulations, specifically in relation to Client, Principal Designer & Principal Contractor role.

SHEQ Advisor Qualifications : Essential (at appointment):
- NEBOSH General Certificate
- Knowledge & experience of Civil Engineering/Telecoms/Multi Utilities
- Current full UK driving license

Desirable:
- Diploma in Health & Safety and or considerable relevant SHE & telecommunications industry experience.
- Formal auditor training ISO 9001 /14001/18001 trained

The package for this role:
£35k - £40k a year + Package
