SHE Advisor
This is a great opportunity for an experienced SHE Advisor
on a new Civil Engineering project – 25km of sewage tunnel on Thames Tideway in the East of London – Bermondsey.
The company is an award-winning main contractor who are market leaders in the Civil Engineering Sector.
Key responsibilities for this SHE Advisor role:
- Coach and support the Contract Operational and Supply Chain Contractors in the delivery of the Contract SHE requirements.
- Actively engage with the Contract SHE Assurance programme to ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements.
- Support and where required deliver training to allow the contract team to successfully implement the SHE Management System.
- Actively support the delivery of the annual contract and Group SHE Objectives.
- Support and influence Contract Leadership Team, Clients and other Stakeholders in compliance with the SHE Management System and Contract SHE Performance.
Experience required for this SHE Advisor role:
- Major infrastructure projects.
- Water experience.
- Previous work in an SHE Advisor role.
Package offered for this SHE Advisor role:
- £400p/d – IR35 status determined on assessment.
Initial contract until Summer 2024 with chance of extension.
