We are currently working with a client who is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team from April. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who is ready to take the next step in their career within a stable, well-supported environment.
This role would particularly suit a candidate from a PQS / consultancy background with strong commercial awareness and experience working across projects under JCT and NEC contracts.
The Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial delivery of projects from inception through to completion.
Key responsibilities will include:

Commercial management of projects under JCT and NEC contracts

Client-facing duties, acting as a key point of contact

Cost planning, forecasting, and reporting

Change control and contract administration

Supporting project teams to ensure commercial best practice

Contributing to the successful financial performance of projects
About You
-
5-7 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor

Background in PQS / consultancy preferred

Strong working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts

Commercially focused with strong communication skills

Confident managing client relationships

Based in, or able to work across, the Midlands
