An established residential housebuilder is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial performance of multiple residential developments in the Nottingham area.
Key Responsibilities:

Commercial management of residential developments

Cost control, forecasting, valuations, and reporting

Subcontractor procurement and commercial oversight

Working closely with construction teams to maximise profitability

Strong background in quantity surveying within high-volume housebuilding

Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge
