This role suits an SQS who thrives in high spec build environments and wants to take commercial ownership of a flagship scheme.
Key Responsibilities

Taking full commercial lead on a major industrial/warehouse project

Overseeing procurement, tendering and subcontract management

Preparing valuations, variations and detailed commercial reports

Ensuring strong contract administration (JCT preferred, NEC also valued)

Leading a commercial team and supporting QS/AQS development
-
Working closely with operational directors for project success

Required travel to sites across St Albans and Radlett
Experience & Skills Required
✔ Proven experience as an SQS on industrial/warehouse/build projects
✔ Strong knowledge of JCT contracts
✔ Leadership ability and confidence managing full project commercials
✔ Strong reporting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
✔ Flexibility to travel across surrounding project sites
✔ Proactive, commercially driven and solutions-focused
