Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Surveyor
Central West Scotland
£60,000 to £70,000 DOE

Description:
Lead commercial management across multiple live projects
Full involvement from tender through to final account
Procurement, cost control, valuations & reporting
Work directly with clients and subcontractors
Oversee JCT & NEC contracts across a mix of project types
Operate as a key part of a close-knit commercial team
What They're Looking For:
8+ years experience in Quantity Surveying
Strong main contractor background and knowledge of JCT and NEC experience
Comfortable leading projects independently
Experience across a mix of sectors (build, refurb, fit-out etc.)
What's on Offer:
£60 - 70K salary depending on experience
Flexible, relaxed environment
Working hours 8:30am-5:30pm
Early finish at 3pm on Fridays
Strong pipeline of secured work across the region
