Salary: Upto £75,000 per annum
The Opportunity..
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a £50+ million construction project. You'll be joining a collaborative team at a critical stage, where your commercial expertise will directly influence the success of the project.
You will be supported by a dedicated Assistant Quantity Surveyor (AQS) for the full duration of the project. In addition, you will work alongside a Managing Quantity Surveyor (MQS) during key phases of the programme to ensure robust commercial strategy and oversight.
Requirements..
5 Years + experience,
Experience managing projects valued over £25 million
Main contracting background
A full UK Driving License
