Senior Quantity Surveyor – New Homes (Hybrid Working)
Location: Regional Head Office, Worcester (with travel to sites across the West Midlands)
Sector: Residential Housebuilding / New Homes
Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 (negotiable, DOE) + Company Car or Car Allowance

Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge within the residential new homes sector? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a respected and forward-thinking housebuilder with a growing pipeline of developments across the West Midlands.

Based at their Worcester regional head office, this hybrid role offers the best of both worlds – office collaboration and the flexibility to work remotely. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving commercial success across multiple new build projects, from early procurement stages through to final accounts.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Taking ownership of project budgets and ensuring robust cost control across complex developments.

  • Preparing and presenting clear, accurate financial reports to guide strategic decisions.

  • Working collaboratively with internal teams and subcontractors to maintain smooth project delivery.

  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior colleagues, fostering talent and enhancing team performance.
