Senior Quantity Surveyor – North Nottingham – Civil Engineering
Currently working with a Contractor who are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the North Nottingham/ South Yorkshire area.
Site based travel across the East Midlands and hybrid working on Flood Alleviation and Highways work on frameworks.
Requirements:
- Worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor previously
- Able to Commercially manage multiple projects
- Good understanding of NEC form of contract
- pricing and agreeing compensation events, commercial reports, subcontractor account management.
- Experience working on Highways and Flood Alleviation
Rate: £425 - £450 per day
Duration: 12 months
Location: East Midlands/ South Yorkshire
Status: Outside IR35
