The company are market leaders and your role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor will be to work out of the Hartlepool office, covering the Northumbrian water region, on civils, draingage and water projects.

- Freelance role
- Outside of IR35
- Working for a reputable company
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:
- NEC4 contract experience.
- Civil Engineering background - highways, water, treatment works, drainage, groundworks.
- Ideally from a sub contractor background.
- Experience working on site and aware how they operate.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and profit/loss calculations.
