My client is currently looking for a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a growing pipeline of residential developments across the Bristol area. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in residential housing.

Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor:

- Procurement of subcontractors and supplier packages
- Managing valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Contract administration (JCT)
- Supporting project teams to ensure delivery within budget and timescales
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors

Requirements for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor:

- Minimum 5 years experience
- Proven track record in residential housing
- Able to work on own initiative
- Strong knowledge of JCT forms of contract
