I have just registered an interesting project requirement for one of our key clients!
They are looking for a Senior/ Managing Quantity Surveyor to work on a large project in the Peterborough area
This is a long term project and will be available to start in the next couple of months, its a project over £40m in value so someone with experience working on large major projects.
Requirement is for a Senior QS with experience working on JCT Form of contract
- Working with the Designers and project team
- Experienced on JCT form of contract
- Managed large projects previously
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Experience working on Industrial projects or similar steel frame buildings
- CAT A & CAT B fit out experience
Rate: £425 - £500 per day
Location: Peterborough
Duration: 12 months
Status: Outside IR35
this will be based on site at Peterborough full time but will be a bit more flexible down the line once the project is off and running.
