About the Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
My client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor who has strong JCT contract experience. Experience in Hotels, Student Accommodations and Residential would also be ideal but the 2 main requirements are JCT contract experience and longevity in roles over the last circa 10 years.
The successful Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:
-JCT contract experience (essential)
-Experience in Hotels, Student Accommodations, Residential (advantageous)
-Career stability over the last circa 10 years (essential)
