My client is looking for a committed freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor/Estimator with a strong background working on residential projects.

Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Quantity Surveyor Role:

QSs prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects, considering materials, labour, and equipment.
They prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities, and evaluate tenders from contractors.
QSs manage contracts, including negotiation and administration of changes, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
They identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency without compromising
Monitor project costs, track expenditure, and implement cost control measures to stay within budget.
