I have a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a client I work with, working on Thames Valley Project upgrading Wastewater networks, trenchless crossings and infrastructure improvements.
Your responsibilities would include: Subcontract procurement, preparing cost estimates, financial reporting, final accounts and managing a team of QS's.
Experience they're looking for: Full 360 QS - Proven track record of monitoring projects from start to finish.
- Experience in large scale Water projects.
- Bespoke IchemE contract experience.
- Civils experience.
There is up to 2 years worth of work and this is a FREELANCE opportunity, Inside IR35.
Main office/site locations are in: Reading, Swindon and Bexley, South-East London.
The rate is dependant on experience and varies between £450-£550.
