Senior Quantity Survyeor
Location : Birmingham based with a minimum of 4 days in the office
Engagement : Inisde IR35
Rate : £450-£550 per day depending on experience
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a main Contractor who specialises in the Build sector.
Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on an Education site in Birmingham but will be based out of the office in Derby. This is a 9-month contract, outside IR35, with the opportunity to move on to other upcoming projects.

Required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- experience as a quantity surveyor
- experience on education projects
- good client facing relationships
