Senior Quantity Surveyor - Kettering - Freelance Outside IR35
Location: Warwickshire, Northamptonshire
Engagement : Ltd company outside IR35
Rate : £450 - £500 per day
Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
· Reporting into the Managing Quantity Surveyor & Commercial Manager
· Management of the commercials of a large industrial project
· Procurement of Sub-Contractors, Pre-Construction and Design stage work
· Procurement, Management of sub-contractors, CVRs, Forecasting
· JCT Design and Build Management
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
· Worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor previously
· Managed projects at over £20m in value
· Main Contracting experience
· Experience working on large projects across Industrial and Steel Frames
· Education building experience
· Working knowledge of JCT Design and Build
