This is a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor or A Quantity Surveyor wanting to make the next step within their career to join a well established company with over 40 years operating out of their Northeast London office. Mainly specializing in highways and public realms schemes of up to £20 million in annual costs, My client is wanting to expand their current commercial team due to the recent successful bid for tenders of works across the London region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing monthly valuations and financial accounts in preparation for invoicing
- Record, monitor and review the financial performance of contracts
- Secure payments from customers within the specified contract terms.
- Manage payment of Subcontractors.
- Maximize returns under the provision of contract conditions.
- developing and updating monthly forecasts/budgets, conducting physical measurement of works and agreement of same with clients and subcontractors
Experience required:
- Experience within highways or groundwork's (Ideal but not essential),
- NEC 3 contract experience
- Experienced self-delivery projects
- Competent working with MS Office , Excel and Outlook.
Package offered:
- Salary up to £70,000 depending on experience
