Location : Oswestry
Rate: £350 per day - dependent on experience
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a contractor who specialises in luxury care homes as well as commercial and industrial builds.
Our client is looking for a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on schemes valued at £6m This is 5-month contract with the opportunity to move on to other upcoming projects.

Key responsibilities for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
Finalising client accounts
Managing Sub-contractor accounts through to closure
Hybrid working - 3 days per week on site, 2 days from home
Experience required for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
Minimum 4 years experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
Contracting experience
Design and build experience is essential
Degree qualified
