Senior Quantity Surveyor
This is a great opportunity for experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors to join an established infrastructure delivery companies on fibre broadband builds the UK and work on future projects in the growing Telecoms sector.
The companies are fast-growing Telecoms infrastructure providers who are upcoming leaders in the delivery infrastructure sector throughout the UK.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
-Managing Junior Quantity Surveyors, performing tasks to standards
-Submission of client weekly valuations
-Reporting to the Commercial Director
-Review subcontractor/employee worksheets
-Prepare and submit weekly progress claims to clients
-Review subcontractor invoices
-Submission of project variations
-Assessment of both commercial and contractual risks
-Provision of both commercial and contractual expertise to contracts drafting
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
-Experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, with a background in Telecoms or Civils Engineering
-NEC3 Contract experience
-Subcontractor negotiation experience
-Quantity Surveying qualification
