Our client is currently seeking a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a Highways scheme in the East Sussex area on a 12-month contract outside IR35
Requirements:
- Worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor previously
- Good understanding of NEC form of contract (Options AC)
- Worked on Highways schemes previously as the Main Contractor
- Experience working on Drainage, Foundations, Surfacing, Roundabouts and junction improvements
- Management of SubContractors, Change Control, CVRs, CEs, Early warnings
As the Senior QS you will be responsible for the running of a big part of the project commercially, this is an urgent position and looking for someone to start immediately with interviews being held this week.
Rate: £375 - £400 per day (inclusive) OUTSIDE IR35
Location: Brighton
Duration: 12 months
