SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum

Senior Project Manager Opportunity:
My client is a highly successful, established award winning main contractor who are seeking a Senior Project Manager to work on a large Industrial scheme circa £50m in value based in Northampton.
You will have previous experience in running large projects circa £40m in value and must have worked for a Main Contractor previously. Industrial and fast track design and build experience ideal for this role.

Senior Project Manager Requirements:
- Ideally have 10 years' experience working on fast-track design and build projects comprising sheds/industrial units including managing internal MHE/Mezzanines with offices and all associated external works and capable of overseeing large value project of circa £40m.
- Experience in other types of construction not essential but would be advantageous ...RC frames, student accommodation.
- Responsible for overall performance of project including programme, quality, client satisfaction, delivery, and commercial performance.
- PM would report to Contracts Manager(visiting) and provide regular reports on project covering all aspects of project every month. You would present the monthly Project Report (MPR) on site to Contract Manager/Commercial Manager/Regional Commercial Manager and Construction Director.
- You will work closely with the Project Surveyor and Design Manager as a "team" overseeing this project to ensure both design/procurement is delivered to facilitate the target programme.
