We are currently in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to become an integral part of a prominent civils contracting team. The primary focus of this role involves contributing expertise to the all civils works on the construction of a comprehensive service area and electric vehicle charging hub, strategically located off the M3 motorway.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Civils engineer role.
- Management of day-to-day site quality assurance, including surveying, setting out duties, quality checks and approvals
- Assisting the site management teams with all aspects of health, safety, and environmental management.
- Setting out -Transferring digital and paper data/drawings onto site, and back into digital models enabling accurate and auditable record keeping. Preparing work schedules & allocating resources
- You will interface and work with the project team on delivery, engage with the Client, co-ordinate with the civil sub-contractor project management team on site from start-up through to handover.
Experience required for this Senior Civils Engineer role:
- Setting out experience, proficient with Total Stations + GPS.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Minimum 3 years’ previous experience civil projects in Ireland or the UK
- Strong Management skills
- Full EU Driving License
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
Salary for this Senior Civils Engineer role is between €65,000 - €80,000 DOE
(Negotiable dependent upon experience), bonus scheme, car allowance, plus further additional benefits
