Senior Buyer Requirements
Developing and maintaining effective supply sources
Preparing accurate quantities and materials schedules
Issuing out enquiries and analysing quotations
Placing orders for material and plant for the housing developments
Maintaining purchasing information system, including house type changes and price increases
Working closely with the commercial team to prepare the working budget
