We have a current opportunity for a Rail Site Manager on a contract basis. The position will be based in in Southern Regions, Tottenham, March, Cheshunt.
This is to work for a one of the leading multi-disciplinary engineering specialists in the UK.
The successful Rail Site Manager will be overseeing a bank of Network Rail Frameworks of MDU Upgrades (ground preparation, construct modular building and fit out).
Rail Site Managers to be considered for this position, must be able and wiling to commute on a hybrid basis to these sites and the clients head office which is situated in Chelmsford, Essex as and when required.
The Site Manager will ensure that Projects are delivered in accordance with:
- Contract Specification
- Company Process & Procedures
- Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Standards
- Projected costs / financial performance
This will be on a contract basis for minimum 6+ months, and also to be working Outside scope IR35.
